About the event

Discover the timeless art of embroidery in this welcoming, beginner-friendly workshop! If you’re looking for a cozy creative outlet this season, a way to upcycle and personalize your textiles, or the chance to create meaningful handmade gifts, embroidery offers a meditative process with endless possibilities for self-expression. Together, we’ll learn essential stitches—like the split stitch, French knot, and a simple fill stitch—that will give you the foundation to create beautiful designs and future heirlooms. Each participant will stitch their own custom cotton tote, transforming a blank surface into a personal work of art.

You’ll leave not only with a finished tote, but also with new techniques, creative confidence, and inspiration to keep stitching at home. No prior experience is needed, and all materials are provided.
