Embroidery 101: A Hands-On Workshop for Homeschooling Families

This hands-on workshop invites homeschooling families to learn the art of embroidery together! We’ll cover the basics, including how to transfer a design, and practice essential stitches like the split stitch and French knot. You’ll also get a full review of the materials so you can confidently continue creating at home — whether you’re making heirlooms or adding artistic flair to your clothes. All materials are included, making it easy to dive right in. No experience necessary!

After class, take a stroll around the grounds, admire the flowering trees, and stop by the chicken coop. Be sure to wear comfortable footwear.

$25 per person covers all materials, 2 hours of instruction by a certified Special Educator and Art Teacher, in a picturesque setting down the road from Manasquan Reservoir.
