Join us for a full day creative retreat at an artist’s home and gardens; an experience designed to awaken the senses and celebrate the many meanings of “mother.” Our gathering begins with the creation of a nature mandala with items found during our grounds exploration, followed by a meditation and restorative sound journey led by sound therapist Val. The day continues with a light farm-to-table lunch and a chicken meet-and-greet. In the afternoon, Jenny leads a watercolor pencil workshop inspired by Georgia O’Keeffe, where we’ll sharpen our observational drawing skills and explore color while creating floral work from real blooms. This is an open, welcoming space for creativity, connection, and reflection—an invitation to consider how we embody “mother” in heart, mind, and spirit. Expect a day rich in color, connection, reflection, and nourishment.
